Privacy Policy

ScopeBuilder Pro is a product of BlunkWorks, LLC ("BlunkWorks," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use scopebuilder.blunk.works and the ScopeBuilder Pro application, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash; we never see or store your plain-text password).
• Your content — the scopes, templates, sections, tasks, notes, photos, attachments, logos, and branding you create or upload.
• Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
• Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information solely to run ScopeBuilder Pro: authenticating you, storing and syncing your scopes, applying your branding, processing subscriptions, and sending service emails (welcome, password reset, trial and billing notices). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising. Ever.

Offline storage

ScopeBuilder Pro is an offline-first app. A copy of your working data is stored on your own device (using your browser's local storage) so you can keep working without a connection. It syncs to our servers when you're back online. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes the local copy.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on our servers in the United States and backed up routinely. Each customer's data is strictly separated per account. Access is limited to what's needed to operate and support the service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a remember-me token if you choose it. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

• You can export your scopes at any time (PDF, CSV, or scope file) from within the app.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.
• To delete your account and its data, email cs@scopebuilder.blunk.works — we'll confirm and remove it.

Children

ScopeBuilder Pro is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
