These terms govern your use of ScopeBuilder Pro, a service operated by BlunkWorks, LLC ("BlunkWorks," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. These terms also incorporate the BlunkWorks Master Terms of Service; where these ScopeBuilder terms are more specific, they control for ScopeBuilder, and where they are silent, the Master Terms apply.
ScopeBuilder Pro lets cleaning companies build, brand, and export professional cleaning scopes. It includes a web application, offline-capable installable app, PDF/CSV export, templates, photo and document attachments, and team logins (one admin plus up to five users per account).
ScopeBuilder Pro is a hosted service that you access through your browser or as an installable app added to your device's home screen. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the ScopeBuilder Pro app on your devices solely to access the service during your active subscription or trial. The installed app is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security, authentication, or licensing mechanism in it, except to the limited extent applicable law permits. This license ends when your subscription or trial ends. It works together with the BlunkWorks Master Software License Agreement, which also applies to the installable app.
You're responsible for your login credentials and for the activity of users you invite. Keep your admin password safe — account deletion and destructive actions are admin-only. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 to subscribe.
Your scopes, templates, logos, photos, and documents are yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, display, sync, and export them for you. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload. You can export everything at any time.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to breach or overload our systems, no reselling access, and no uploading malicious files. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
We work to keep ScopeBuilder Pro fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or modify features over time; we won't materially reduce the core service you're paying for without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data you haven't synced. The service is provided "as is," and you are responsible for maintaining your own copies and backups of your data.
You may close your account at any time by emailing cs@scopebuilder.blunk.works. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we'll delete your data after a reasonable wind-down period, subject to routine backups.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Disputes are handled as described in the Master Terms of Service, including its informal-resolution, arbitration, and class-action-waiver provisions.
